Jason Gordon

Multiple award-winning Film / TV Producer & Director Jason Gordon started his career in
television production at the age of 15. Even at that age, those
he worked with took immediate notice to his professionalism,
creativity,
keen eye to detail and eagerness to innovate. Jason's career in television
& film has included
successful stints in various production positions, including
Director and Producer, with many established broadcast entities,
such as: ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. He is also an
accomplished Film Producer whose invaluable expertise help
bring the motion picture "Cinema Is Everywhere" (featuring
Academy Award-winning actress, Tilda Swinton) to the widescreen.
Jason is also a Producer
on a forthcoming documentary film focusing on the life of
Philadelphia Eagles' Wide Receiver, DeSean Jackson.
While also developing new concepts and
serving as Executive Producer on all of 3 Alliance's original
productions, Jason also serves as Executive Producer of the
groundbreaking Lifetime (Canada) reality series The Mistress,
which he and Donna Perkins-Mooney co-created. Today, over 12
years since he started 3 Alliance, Jason continues to
successfully forge strategic partnerships and brand
alliances with major corporations as well as fostering
collaborative program development opportunities with
broadcasters, established producers and aspiring content
creators. Being a seasoned world traveler, Jason actively
develops beneficial production opportunities with U.S.-friendly
governments worldwide. Just as Jason has been successful
establishing an emerging entertainment company in 2000 and
assembling a strong management team with Donna
Perkins-Mooney, he continues to be successful identifying
beneficial business opportunities for the company as well as

Donna Perkins-Mooney
Vice President, Co-CEO &
Director of Production |
Donna is a multiple award-winning Producer, Director,
Choreographer & Actress who has achieved vast credits in
television and film over the last 20 years. Donna
went from studying English at UCLA, and on her way to a law
degree, to being an actress, an award nominated choreographer
and a director. She brings her wealth of experience, and
expertise, in front of and behind the camera to all 3 Alliance
productions. Donna is instrumental in helping the company to
achieve its’ multi-award winning status with new strategies to
take the productions, namely
fun!
(where she’s the director, executive producer and writer) and
andiamo!
(where she’s the host, co-creator, executive producer,
co-director and writer) to new creative heights – and multiple
awards! She is also an Executive Producer of the groundbreaking
Lifetime (Canada) reality series "The Mistress" which she co-created with
Jason Gordon. In addition, Donna is a Producer on a
forthcoming documentary film focusing on the life of
Philadelphia Eagles' Wide Receiver, DeSean Jackson. Donna has
acute skills that make productions seamless and a knack for
getting the most out of long established and new
talent. Donna and Jason are a true team in managing and
running 3 Alliance, and collaborate on all aspects of keeping
the company creatively viable and relevant, and on what new
productions, partnerships and directions makes sense for the
company. Donna also heads up the scripted division of 3 Alliance
by closely fostering numerous concepts and scripts in
development. Donna speaks Spanish and French and has been with
the company since 2001.

Michael J. Weiss
Counsel |
Having represented plaintiffs and defendants in more than one hundred disputes, Mr. Weiss has become an experienced litigator in a broad spectrum of practice areas including trademark and copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, labor and employment, breach of contract, wills and trusts, bankruptcy, securities fraud, and business torts.
Mr. Weiss’ practice also focuses on motion picture finance and production transactions. He has been counsel for more than twenty five feature motion pictures, including, the 2010 Paramount release Middle Men, an independently financed picture that he also produced. Mr. Weiss has experience in negotiating entertainment transactions in all media, including feature film, television, music, publishing, and multimedia projects. In addition, he is experienced in the representation of directors, writers and actors; television production and distribution deals; recording and songwriter agreements; and book publishing agreements.
Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice in California (1999) in all of the California state courts. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (1999). He has been published in the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine’s 26th Annual Entertainment Issue. Mr. Weiss is on the board of several organizations including the Hollywood Runaway Production Fund, LLC, a Los Angeles based EB5 fund that will finance California based productions. He has served as judge of Pepperdine moot court competitions. Mr. Weiss has also created and produced the television series “Scrappers” for SpikeTV, in addition to creating and producing a yet-to-be titled celebrity dating show for the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Mr. Weiss plays competitive baseball and manages his children’s baseball and basketball teams in the Agoura Hills.

Will Kohlschreiber
Executive Producer & Writer
|
Will's writing abilities and creativity are unparalled! As he
puts it, he was born under a joshua tree in California's Mojave Desert
and creative juices began flowing at an early age. While studying music education in college, Will was lured away to the dark world of broadcasting, working first as a
Producer at his local small town radio station, and then as a comedy writer & traffic reporter in Los Angeles. Odd jobs along the way have included music store manager, valet parking attendant, first mate on a charter yacht, DJ, karaoke host, and world's worst waiter.
Will eventually landed a job as the "helicopter guy" (better known as "Reporter
in the Sky") on FOX-11's Good Day LA morning show, where he covered fires, police pursuits and the occasional stranded nude hiker. He also wrote & produced entertainment news, and fronted numerous live and produced features/lifestyle pieces.
In addition to working with 3 Alliance to develop upcoming
projects (including creating project such as: Going for Good),
Will is known to Los Angeles audiences as the morning reporter &
aerial photographer in KNBC's News Chopper 4, as well as
nationally as the narrator for The Countdown on Reelz Channel.

Steve Roberts
Director of Photography &
Cinematographer

Steve has been working as a professional photographer in film and video productions for more than 18 years. Creative and versatile, his work has garnered more than 5 national Telly Awards, four regional Emmy Awards, SIAA Gold Medal Award and a national award from the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau. His experience includes production of documentaries, television commercials, television programs, short films, feature films and music videos.
In 1996, Roberts earned a degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University. During his college career, he created and produced and filmed more than 150 episodes of the award winning television program, Backyard Videos. Roberts also produced and directed three award-winning documentaries.
From college, Roberts moved into a directing position with the CBS affiliate in Wyoming. Over the next two years, he worked his way up to creative services director, where he produced and directed promotional campaigns and live television programs. In 2000, he began producing television commercials and long form promotional videos for Comcast.

With over fourteen years in the TV and video industry, Brandy Echery is passionate about storytelling. She takes pride in making the creative process innovative, fun and efficient all while delivering results for her clients. As a seasoned Producer, Director and Project Manager, she has produced and directed hundreds of commercials, corporate marketing, training videos, and programming for cable networks. Her portfolio of clients include: Comcast, Hunter Douglas, U.S. Geological Survey, University of Denver, Gates Corporation, Denver Chamber of Commerce, and many more.
Branday is also principal of the production company Red 76
Creative.

Jeff Warren
Director of Post Production |
Jeff Warren has danced
with whales. He has surfed the vicious waves of the North Shore
and he makes the best Lobster Risotto West of the Mississippi!
Well… he may not have done any of those things, but over the
past decade, his passion for editing has ushered viewers into
these worlds to experience them all. From Travel Channel's
World's Best Beaches to Food Network's Giada at Home
to Disney's Baby Neptune, he's experienced quite a bit.
Mix in a few years as Senior Editor for the Colorado Avalanche
and Denver Nuggets, a few dashes of ABC's Jack Hanna's Wild
Countdown and a sprinkling of travel adventures with 3
Alliance's adventure travel series andiamo! and you've got a recipe for fun!

Teal Greyhavens
Director &
Director of Photography

Teal is truly a world traveler - in
every sense! This is evidenced by
his fully stamped passport which shows that he has lived (and
filmed) in: Austria, China, Costa Rica, France, India, Malta,
Scotland, Thailand, and Tunisia. A prodigy, Teal grew up getting
scabby knees in the forests of Oregon, then studied Film and
Religion at Whitman College and was a 2008 Fellow of the Thomas
J. Watson Foundation. Known for his keen eye for detail, Teal
has served as Director, Director of Photography amd
Cinematographer for numerous travel, historical and documentary
programs. Of particular note, Teal served the Director and
Executive Producer of the documentary feature film, Cinema is Everywhere as well as a handful of shorts. Teal has also been featured in indieWIRE and Filmmaker Magazine.

Ilene Fischer
Producer |
Ilene brings 20 years of
production experience as a Writer, Producer and Director to 3
Alliance. She has worked in numerous production capacities for
the company including Script
Supervisor, Producer & Co-Writer for 3 Alliance's adventure
travel series andiamo!. Her work
can be seen on PBS where she was a producer on the Emmy
nominated PBS Kids show Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman, the
Assistant Director for three seasons of Simply Ming, and
the Associate Producer and writer for America’s Ballroom
Challenge. College students learning Spanish, Italian or
German may have seen her writing while viewing the video series
accompanying their textbooks. In addition, her full length stage
play, Girl Hopping was produced in 2011, and her short
film script, Jilted: A Love Story was a finalist in the
2012 Pride Films & Plays women’s work competition. Ilene
has been on stage as an improv actor, comedian and story teller.
Her feature script Shiva is currently in pre-production.

Joel Juarez
Director & Series Producer |
Joel is an accomplished and
award-winning network Director, Director of Photography,
Producer and Writer whose vast knowledge and professionalism is
a benefit to 3 Alliance's productions. His credits range from
popular network series such as: WE tv's Bridezillas and
TLC's Secretly Pregnant and he served as Director
on the crime drama procedural series Unsentenced for TV
Azteca America. Joel has also produced and directred as
feature films including: Generation | Last and he is
currently in development on his second feature film Under
the Strawberry Sun (which was selected for The
International Guadalajara Pitch Market 2012) as well as
the feature film Happy Belt and The Talent Scout.
Joel has also directed music videos and commercials for various
L.A. and Mexican production companies. Joel's a vast credit list
and association with the DGA has afforded him the opportunity
expand into scripted programming with an
invitation to be part of the DGA Latino Mentorship Program; a program through which he has
shadowed fellow Directors on popular scripted network dramas: Grey Anatomy,
Private Practice, The Unit, Criminal Minds and Southland. Joel has established himself among the new filmmakers. Labeled an "Auteur-to-watch" by the Los
Angeles Magazine after graduating from the prestigious UCLA School of Film & TV where he
earned an MFA in Directing. A prolific filmmaker, Joel's poetic film SinAzul,
aired on PBS and he was awarded his first DGA Award and the
coveted UCLA Spotlight Award. His comedy, Pelea de Gallos, premiered on
Showtime Networks and won "Best Short Film" at several International Film Festivals
(Joel's was
also awarded his second Director’s Guild of America Student Award
for this film).
